From Mullica Hill to Seattle, the Trip WestLinked Pages |

We left in the middle of July. I wanted to wait for the weather to break in Seattle. If they have sunshine anytime during the year it is normally late July and August when it comes. We left during one of the longest, hottest and dryest summers ever seen on the East Coast. My biggest fear was ungodly high temperatures in a stuffy tent camper without an air conditioner. Instead we had some of the best weather imaginable for a summer of camping on the road. |
I had given us ten days, thinking that we would have time for seeing the sights on the road. We stopped and we saw, but now I have wetted my appettite for all of these places even more. The Black Hills, Devils Tower, Yellowstone, The Olympic Penisula and North Cascades are all wonderful and I would desperately like to spend time at each of them, but I have to get back Glacier National Park and the area around it in the US and Canada |
